This is faruqul islam working at NBR, felt like sky fallen on our family when I am diagnosed Chronic Myeloid Leukemia on 01 May 2016. I was driven to CMH where I was advised to see Dr. Hoq Mahfuz. Upon Philadelphia chromosome test from marrow he diagnosed me as CML patient and started Imatinib. By the grace of almighty my symptoms were started diminishing. Every time I needed to see him he made me feel rejuvenated and he assured me of healing. My family saw hope through his approaches. Me and my family is ever grateful to him. Meantime I had visited dr. Tan Lip Kun hemato-oncologist NUH, Singapore for my CML. She advised me same protocol what dr. Hoq suggested. Also she advised me not to take pain coming NUH Singapore, Mr. Hoq might play same role in Bangladesh Now I am on drug free period and under supervision of dr. Mahfuz. We pray to Almighty about his better health so that he might be able to help more patients like us in future
